Any commercial use or distribution, modification, or republication on other websites without permission is strictly prohibited. Some images on the website are protected by third-party copyright.

General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of the online store https://www.wonderkiddos.com/ are in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Communications Act.

The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and store, and govern the business relationship between WonderKiddos, an online store managed by PCM Media d.o.o., with its registered office at Bognarjeva ulica 38, 1234 Mengeš, registration number: 6515738000, VAT ID: SI52281868, and the customer. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order).
The seller is obliged to inform all customers in a timely manner if there are any changes in the General Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Process
At PCM Media d.o.o., purchasing our goods is easy and hassle-free. You do not need to register to complete a successful purchase. Follow these simple steps:
  1. Add the product you want to purchase to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can also select the quantity you require.
  2. Once you have added the desired product to your cart, a pop-up window will appear displaying the product you have selected. You can either click on "Continue to Checkout" or the "Cart" icon, which will redirect you to a summary of your order, indicating the product, quantity, and total cost.
  3. On the checkout page, you need to fill in the required fields with your data and select the payment method. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.
  4. A summary of your entire order will appear, which you can verify for any errors or make changes if necessary. If the order summary is correct, confirm your purchase by clicking on the "Complete and Submit Order" button.
  5. Before proceeding to the checkout, the buyer can review the entire content of the order, including the quantity and price of the items in the basket, and correct any mistakes.
  6. In case of any ambiguity, incorrect data, or delivery concerns, we may contact you using the telephone number you have provided.
  7. After placing the order, you will receive an email notification about the purchased products. The purchase contract between the seller and the customer will be concluded once you receive confirmation of the order by email. From this point onwards, all prices, data, and other conditions will be fixed and will apply to both parties.
  8. You may cancel your online orders at no additional cost until you receive notification that your order has been shipped. Please send an email to hello@wonderkiddos.com to cancel your order. In the subject line, write "Cancel Order," and include your full name, surname, and order number in the message. If you do not cancel the order, you are considered to have agreed to the purchase.
  9. We will prepare your order within the agreed time and send it to your address. Once we have received the purchase price, we will complete your order. You will receive an email notification when your goods are shipped.

Saving Your Order or Contract
PCM Media d.o.o. stores the contract in electronic form at its headquarters, Bognarjeva ulica 38, 1234 Mengeš. The contract will also be sent to your email address once you have completed the order. If you need a copy of the contract, please send an email to hello@wonderkiddos.com requesting one.
After-Sales Services and Voluntary Guarantees
PCM Media d.o.o. does not offer after-sales services or voluntary guarantees.

Payment Options:
When placing an order, you can select one of the following payment methods:
  1. Cash on delivery - payment can be made in cash or via credit card at the time of delivery.
  2. Credit card - payment can be made using a payment card, and the amount will be charged when the order is completed.
  3. Paypal - payment can be made using Paypal by clicking on the "Pay Now" button under the payment method section.

We reserve the right to authenticate and verify the chosen payment method and may request confirmation of payment.

Product Prices and Payment:
All product prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 39.00. The customer pays the prices valid on the day the order was placed. Prices and offers are time-limited, and we reserve the right to extend, change, or withdraw them at any time.

Liability for actual errors
We take full responsibility for delivering products in accordance with the contract and guarantee that they will be free of material defects as per the Consumer Protection Act. If you find a material defect in the product, you can exercise your right to claim within two months of discovering the defect or within two years of delivery. According to Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, an error is material if the product lacks the necessary characteristics for its normal or specific use, as agreed or prescribed, or if it does not match the shown pattern or model. To claim a material error, please provide a detailed description of the defect and send it to hello@wonderkiddos.com for product inspection. We are not liable for material defects that appear after two years from delivery. Once notified and the product is inspected, we will rectify the defect, refund the amount paid proportionally, replace the defective product, or refund the full amount paid, depending on the situation. If the existence of a defect is undisputed, we will satisfy you within eight days. If there is a dispute, we will respond to you in writing within eight days.

Dispute Resolution
We would like to inform you that we do not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, as stated in the third paragraph of Article 32. These General Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 30.02.2023.
