Refund policy

At Wonderkiddos, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we want our customers to feel safe and secure when it comes to returns and refunds. If you happen to receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or a product with manufacturing defects, please reach out to us at hello@wonderkiddos.com within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please do not fill out the return form just yet, as we want to work with you to resolve the issue. We kindly ask that you refrain from returning the package to our address until we have provided further instructions.

We follow General Terms and Conditions to ensure a seamless return process for our customers. Here's a summary of our policy:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the product should not have any marks, stains, or damages.
• After submitting a successful return form, you may return the product to PCM Media d.o.o., Bognarjeva ulcia 38, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia.
• We do not accept redemption packages. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the product, and we do not refund postage costs.
