Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your right to return items and how refunds work.

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, notify us at hello@wonderkiddos.com within those 14 days, stating your order number.

After notifying us, please return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the full amount you paid — including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you sent them. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused and in their original packaging where possible. You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return shipping costs

You cover the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in that case we cover the return cost. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@wonderkiddos.com — ideally with a photo — and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This is separate from, and in addition to, your 14-day right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods apply for two years from delivery.
