Shipping policy

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed on a working day before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Delivery takes 2 working days to Slovenia and Croatia, and 3–5 working days to most other European countries. In rare cases delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over 30 €. For orders under 30 €, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship across the European Union from our warehouse. All orders are sent with a tracked delivery service.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the carrier. You can also find this information in your account under Order History.

Payment

You can pay by card, PayPal or cash on delivery (where available in your country).
